You can pay in full or in instalments, by debit card or bank transfer. A non-refundable £499 deposit secures your place, with the balance split across two instalments due before 20 August and 20 September 2026.

The instalment amount depends on your room tier — for example £550 each on UK quad sharing, or £300 each on international quad sharing. The exact figures are shown when you choose your package.

The deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit is paid, full payment is required 40 days before departure.

• 60 days or more before departure — 100% refund, excluding the deposit.
• 40 to 60 days before departure — 50% refund, excluding the deposit. The guest name can be changed free of charge.
• Under 40 days before departure — no refund. The guest name can be changed for a fee.

If you find a replacement and it is confirmed before the 40th day before departure, a straight name swap can be arranged with no funds forfeited.

Yes. We provide an EWV for guests on the flight package holding a British passport, and a Tourist Visa for guests on the international package who are not British passport holders.

If you are on the flight package but do not hold a British passport, we will arrange a Tourist Visa for an additional £100.

Yes — this trip is open to brothers, sisters and families. Child reductions come off the adult package price:

• −£90 for under 16s
• −£110 for under 12s
• −£500 for under 2s

A child’s age is taken as their age on the date of departure.

You are more than welcome to travel alone — our trips are a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. We will assign you roommates for the duration of the trip.

Comfortable clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and thobes, along with comfortable shoes and sandals or sliders. Bring any personal items you need, essential toiletries, sunscreen and sunglasses.

Our itinerary is carefully curated so you get the most out of the journey. We work with experienced guides and locals to create something both spiritually nourishing and welcoming.

We eat breakfast together, there are regular reminders throughout, and a pre-Umrah seminar in Madinah. You’ll also have plenty of time for your own worship and for family and friends outside the scheduled itinerary.
